Havia been on going for coffee at a friend's house and decided to make a cake to accompany it. I have some friends too greedy.
Ingredients:
100 gr.
butter 100 gr.
flour 300gr.
ground almonds 200 gr.
sugar 4 eggs 1 tablespoon baking
Royal
type lemon zest 1 cup water
20 gr. gas to decorate sugar
Preparation:
Beat eggs with butter and sugar. Add the flour sifted with baking powder and then enter the water. Mix all ingredients. Incorporate the almonds and lemon zest.
Grease and flour a pan. Preheat oven to 170 º C and bake the cake 35 minutes. Cool and decorate with icing sugar.
